EDUCATION

Christine is pleased to serve the community she grew up in. Christine calls San Gabriel Valley and the greater Los Angeles area home. Following her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Irvine, Christine studied law at Loyola Law School in Downtown Los Angeles.  Growing up in the realm of real estate and development, it was common for Christine to spend time on a construction jobsite. The foray into real estate and construction law was a natural one.

With 18 years of experience, Christine specializes in real estate and construction defect litigation. Dealing with all real estate related matters, Christine enjoys assisting clients with handling purchase-sell disputes, landlord-tenant matters, contract negotiations and construction law matters, including construction defect litigation.

Her attention to detail is key to her legal representation, distinguishing her from other attorneys. Christine works tirelessly for her clients, representing a large majority of the firm's overall clientele. Many conflicts have been successfully resolved through her advocacy and strong negotiation tactics resulting in favorable outcomes for her clients.

Christine has successfully represented clients in negotiating and drafting favorable and protective contracts, settling complex real estate litigation issues and contractor-owner disputes. She helped clients settle a $700,000 + claim involving negligence by a professional in a land development project. Additionally, she has assisted clients in navigating efforts to secure funding for a real estate development project totaling over $50 million. Notably, Christine was able to obtain a $1.4M payout on a judgment owed to Client, recovering every single cent owed without compromise.

Christine also understands the unique challenges faced by property owners and property managers. She assists with bringing awareness to the complexities, risks and liabilities that come with owning and managing real estate, offering practical, legal support to protect their investments and interests.

The most important aspect of Christine’s representation is her ability to connect with clients to guide them through a confusing and sometimes arduous legal process, vigorously defending and asserting the rights of her clients.
